The Chemical Industry Outreach Workshop (CIOW) is an event intended for members of the chemical industry and academia, as well as law enforcement and first responders. Attendees will be given several briefings in the morning session. In the afternoon, attendees will witness a demonstration of conventional and improvised explosives, with an emphasis on illustrating the teaching points covered in the morning briefings.
