Event Description: The FBI New York Office Weapons of Mass Destruction and Special Agent Bomb Technician Programs will be hosting a Chemical Industry Outreach Workshop (CIOW) in Rockland County, NY, on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. CIOW is a one-day training session consisting of classroom presentations and explosive range demonstrations of improvised, or homemade, explosives. The workshop is designed to increase awareness of commercial, off-the-shelf products that could be used as explosive precursor materials and to demonstrate the effects of the resulting explosives.

Seats are limited, and registration requests must be submitted by Friday May 23, 2025.
