If you have been directed to this questionnaire via an FBI communication, it is because you were involved in a real estate transaction between January 2021 to September 2023 in which Legacy Title served as the settlement company. As such, please answer the questions below to the best of your ability. Please do not include any documents or attachments at this time. Based on your responses, you may be contacted by the FBI and asked to provide additional information.

If you were involved in multiple real estate transactions in which closing costs were not dispersed, please complete a questionnaire for each transaction.
