The FBI’s Seattle Division is investigating the use of investment funds by entities managed by Matthew Herron. To assist with this investigation, we ask that you take the time to answer the questions below to the best of your ability. Participation is voluntary however your responses may be helpful to the ongoing investigation and help determine if you were the victim of a crime. Based on your responses, you may be contacted by the FBI and asked to provide additional information.

Please provide any documents related to your investments, such as financial records, emails, or investment prospectuses to HerronInvestigation@fbi.gov by June 15, 2025.
