The FBI’s Detroit Division is seeking information concerning current and former wards of Guardian & Associates and Tri-State Guardian Services in Southeast Michigan. Guardian & Associates and Tri-State Guardian Services were court-appointed representatives of elderly and developmentally disabled persons (wards).

If you have information concerning a ward of Guardian & Associates or Tri-State Guardian Services, please fill out this short form.

You can submit the form on behalf of yourself or on behalf of another person, living or deceased. If the ward is deceased, please provide your contact information as the submitter and please identify the ward in the designated field.

The FBI is legally mandated to identify victims of federal crimes it investigates. Victims may be eligible for certain services, restitution, and rights under federal and/or state law. Based on the responses provided, you may be contacted by the FBI and asked to provide additional information. All identities of victims will be kept confidential.
