Seeking Victims in the Summit Contracting, Inc. Investigation

The FBI is seeking victims who may have been defrauded by Summit Contracting, Inc., a home improvement company based in De Pere, Wisconsin. The company is accused of committing fraud through third-party financing. Summit Contracting allegedly encouraged customers to finance home projects and then withdrew funds for the project from the financing company before work was completed on the customers’ homes. After receiving the entire payment for the project, Summit regularly failed to provide the work and materials promised, leaving customers with loan payments for substandard or incomplete work.

If you believe you are a victim of this scheme or may have been affected, please complete this brief questionnaire. Your responses are voluntary but would be useful in the federal investigation and to identify you as a potential victim. Based on the responses provided, you may be contacted by the FBI and asked to provide additional information.

The FBI is legally mandated to identify victims of federal crimes that it investigates and provide these victims with information, assistance services, and resources.
