Seeking Victim Information in the investigation of Capstone Capital Management

The FBI’s Indianapolis Division is seeking victim information in the investigation of Capstone Capital Management. A suspected Ponzi scheme is being conducted by executives of Capstone Capital Management, et al. The executives misappropriated and misdirected funds earmarked for particular investments in order to facilitate the long-standing fraud scheme. Furthermore, the Capstone executives made multiple misrepresentations to their clients and investors about the use of investor funds to conceal their misappropriation of those funds.
