Seeking Victims in the Hopkins Travel Investigation

The FBI is seeking to identify potential victims who may have been defrauded by Hopkins Travel Services (HTS) between January 1, 2017, and December 31, 2019. In this alleged fraud scheme, victims used HTS or an HTS agent to book and pay for cruises and other travel plans, but HTS applied the victims’ payments to other clients’ travel or used the payments for other purposes.

If you booked travel during the time period listed above, please complete this brief questionnaire. Your responses are voluntary but would be useful in the federal investigation and to identify you as a potential victim. Based on the responses provided, you may be contacted by the FBI and asked to provide additional information.

If you know someone else who may have been a victim of this scheme, please encourage them to complete this questionnaire.

The FBI is legally mandated to identify victims of federal crimes that it investigates and provide these victims with information, assistance services, and resources.
