Seeking Victims in the Dr. Jorge Zamora-Quezada Investigation

The FBI is seeking to identify potential victims of Texas-based physician Dr. Jorge Zamora-Quezada and his co-conspirators. It is alleged that Zamora-Quezada and his co-conspirators’ falsely diagnosed young, elderly, and disabled patients with various degenerative diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis.

If you or a loved one were a patient of Zamora-Quezada between January 2000 and May 2018 and believe you may have been affected by his or his co-conspirators’ alleged crimes, please complete this brief questionnaire. Your responses are voluntary but would be useful in the federal investigation and to identify you as a potential victim. Based on the responses provided, you may be contacted by the FBI and asked to provide additional information.

The FBI is legally mandated to identify victims of federal crimes that it investigates and provide these victims with information, assistance services, and resources.
