Seeking Victim Information in SHE Beverage Investment Fraud Investigation

The FBI's Los Angeles Division is seeking victim information in the investigation of SHE Beverage Company.

Between 2017 and 2019, SHE Beverage Company, Inc. ("SHE Beverage") allegedly raised over $15 million from unregistered stock sales to more than 2,000 investors. The FBI is investigating SHE Beverage and its principals, Lupe Rose, Sonja Shelby, and Katherine "Kat" Dirden, for falsely representing to investors how investor funds would be utilized, while millions of dollars were potentially misappropriated via the purchased of luxury retail goods, casino trips, and cash withdraws. SHE Beverage raised a substantial portion of funds based on promises of their impending IPO launch. SHE Beverage was never registered with the SEC.

If you believe you were a victim in this investigation, please fill out this short form.
