Case Involves Hardev Panesar, Rafael Hastie, and Gurdev Singh, et al.

The FBI is seeking possible victims in the investigation of Hardev Panesar, Rafael Hastie, and Gurdev Singh, et al. From 2000 through 2017, the named individuals claimed to be government employees and able to obtain immigration benefits (e.g. green cards, employment authorization cards, I-94s, etc.) for a significant fee, typically $10,000 or more. To assist in the investigation and to be provided with information on resources available to victims, please answer the questions below to the best of your ability. Based on your responses, you may be contacted by the FBI and asked to provide additional information.
