The FBI is investigating allegations of criminal conduct related to MyPayrollHR, headquartered in Clifton Park, New York, to include its parent company, Valuewise Corporation, and other subsidiary businesses. MyPayrollHR was a business that conducted online payroll services for companies across the United States prior to closing on or about September 5, 2019. If you believe you have suffered a financial loss due to the activities of MyPayrollHR, Valuewise Corporation, or related businesses, please complete the below questionnaire. Based on the responses provided, you may be contacted by the FBI and asked to provide additional information.
