Seeking Victim Information in Jose Saez Investigation

The FBI’s New York Division is seeking to identify potential victims of Jose Saez, who was recently indicted on charges of Production of Child Pornography, also known as child sex abuse material (CSAM ). Jose Saez was allegedly enticing underage males to produce and transmit sexually explicit videos and photos. An indictment is merely an allegation, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. The FBI believes he primarily targeted males starting in the year 2000 until the day of his arrest on September 28, 2023.

The FBI is seeking the public's help in identifying potential victims that were under the age of 18 who may have been asked by Jose Saez Jr. to produce or view sexually graphic videos or photographs or engage in sexual conduct. Saez was the Pastor of Iglesia Cristiana Alumbrando El Camino church located at 245 Second Avenue Brentwood, New York 11717.

Saez told victims he was a male on some social media accounts while portraying a female on other social media accounts. The FBI believes he primarily targeted boys and used fake photos alleging he was someone other than himself.

Contact may have occurred in person or through the following social media accounts with the usernames:

Snapchat: das3cr3t1
Telegram: DD
KIK: samriguez7 ( pretended to be a female varying in ages)
