Seeking Victims in Tiger Wolf Capital LLC Investment Fraud Scheme

The Charlotte Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is investigating activity associated with Frank Mercado doing business as Tiger Wolf Capital, LLC (TWC). The activity identified includes the solicitation of funds from individuals and entities to be purportedly invested with Mr. Mercado/TWC. During this investigation, you have been identified as a potential victim of this activity.

To assist with the FBI’s investigative efforts and to document potentially illegal activity that directly affected you, it is requested that you fill out this online questionnaire.
