Seeking Victim Information in Donate Timeshares Investigation

If you received this questionnaire from the FBI via victim notification letter, it is to obtain information about your experience with a timeshare transfer company you may have contracted with. We are interested in learning about your interaction with any of the following companies:

  • Donate Timeshares
  • Timeshare Relief
  • Timeshare Cure
  • Donate Title
  • Pacific Transfer

If these companies don’t look familiar but you do recall contracting with a timeshare transfer service, we still encourage you to complete the questionnaire, as your information could potentially be related and helpful to the investigation.

To assist in the investigation and to provide you with information on resources available to victims, please answer the questions below to the best of your ability. Be as specific and detailed as possible in answering the questions. If you need more space, you may continue your answers and submit via e-mail as indicated at the bottom of this form.

Based on your responses, you may be contacted by the FBI and asked to provide additional information. Your response to this questionnaire and any other further requests for information is voluntary.

If you have questions regarding this questionnaire or resources for victims, please e-mail DonateTimeshares@ic.fbi.gov.
