The FBI’s Chicago Division is potential victims who were asked by David Patrick Sheffield to produce and transmit sexually explicit videos and photos.

A federal arrest warrant has been issued for David Patrick Sheffield. He is alleged to have used social media applications to approach minors and request sexually explicit photographs and videos in return for the promise of payment. In one case, Sheffield is alleged to have made explicit threats to direct and live-stream the violent murder of a minor and that minor’s family.
