The information requested will be used to complete your registration for this training and shared with the FBI’s National Domestic Communications Assistance Center for further training. The information collected on this form is protected by the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, Title 5, United States Code section 552a, and is maintained in the FBI’s Bureau Mailing Lists system of records, DOJ/FBI-003, notice of which was published in the Federal Register at 70 Fed. Reg. 7513 (Feb. 14, 2005), and FBI’s Central Records System, DOJ/FBI-002, notice of which was published in the Federal Register at 63 Fed. Reg. 8659 (Feb. 20, 1998). The information collected may be disclosed in accordance with the routine uses referenced in this notice or as otherwise permitted by law.
