Please note: Requests for speakers must be received by the Los Angeles Field Office a minimum of four weeks
prior to your presentation date. All requests are subject to availability.

Please note: Due to the nature of presenting to minors, it is required that there is a school staff member in the room throughout the duration of the presentation. Your submission of this form is evidence of your agreement to this condition. Additionally, recordings and/or pictures are prohibited during all presentations. Please note: Requests for speakers must be received by the Los Angeles Field Office a minimum of four weeks prior to your presentation date. All requests are subject to availability. Submitting this form does not guarantee you an FBI speaker at your event.
