This request form is for producers, authors, screenwriters, journalists, and other industry personnel associated with documentaries, podcasts, magazines, TV programs, and movies, who are looking for assistance in creating an accurate portrayal of the FBI. Information submitted through this web form will be checked during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
