Seeking Victim Information in the Jacob Jacobsen Investigation

On November 17, 2022, Jacob Jacobsen was indicted on a federal child pornography, also known as child sex abuse material (CSAM), charge for allegedly enticing underage females to produce and transmit sexually explicit videos and photos. An indictment is merely an allegation, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

The FBI is seeking the public's help in identifying potential victims that were under the age of 18 who may have been asked by Jacob Jacobsen to produce or view sexually graphic videos or photographs or engage in sexual conduct.

Jacob Jacobsen used aliases Jacob, Jake, James, or Trey, and contact may have occurred in person or through the following social media accounts:

  • Snapchat username: trippinj and treydawgg2000
  • Instagram username: loudpack.sd
  • Or any other account believed to be used by Jacob Jacobsen

If you believe you or your minor dependent(s) were victimized by Jacobsen, please fill out this questionnaire. (If you are under the age of 18, please have your parent/guardian submit this form on your behalf). It may be that you have already given this information to an FBI agent, but please provide it again on this questionnaire.

The FBI is legally mandated to identify victims of federal crimes it investigates. Victims may be eligible for certain services, restitution and rights under federal and/or state law. Your responses are voluntary but may be useful in the federal investigation and to identify you as a potential victim. Based on the responses provided, you may be contacted by the FBI and asked to provide additional information. All identities of victims will be kept confidential.
