FBI Houston Houses of Worship Safety Day

The FBI Houston Field Office is hosting a Houses of Worship Safety Day. The training day will be dedicated to enhancing the safety and security of our local houses of worship. The Houses of Worship Safety Day will be held on January 30th, 2025 at NRG Stadium from 9am-4pm.

This event will bring together leaders from various faith communities, security experts and the FBI to discuss best practices for ensuring the safety of congregations. There will be presentations on key topics such as:

  • Active shooter training
  • Emergency preparedness
  • Identifying and mitigating risks
  • Creating safety plans for your place of worship
  • Hate crimes

Your participation will be invaluable, as your leadership plays a critical role in fostering both safety and unity within our community.
