Only upon SAR approval through the Security Division will you be granted access to this event and will your registration be considered complete.

You will be notified by the event coordinator if your access has been denied per FBI CJIS policy.

Before shipping any items, you must provide the event organizer with a FedEx account number for return purposes. Any items shipped to the FBI CJIS Division without a FedEx account number associated must have a prepaid return label included. Marketing items shipped in advance cannot arrive before Monday, April 8, 2024. All items must be marked with company name, point of contact, and phone number. Failure to provide a FedEx account number or prepaid return labels and specific POC information on shipped items will result in the items being disposed of.

Lodging Information:

I have reached out to two hotels within proximity to our FBI CJIS facility. Both are close to several local restaurants and convenience stores. I have arranged for block room offerings.

We hope these options will allow you to make reservations early to secure your overnight stays if you require those in our area. Note: This is not an endorsement of either/both hotels.
