Seeking Victim Information in E Card Merchant Investigation

The FBI’s Miami Division is seeking to identify potential victims of “E Card Merchant LLC” or “E Card Lending LLC”, a merchant cash advance business operating in southern Florida. The FBI believes E Card Merchant primarily targeted victims between the timeframe of January 2019 to January 2024.

If you and/or your minor dependent(s) were victimized by E Card Merchant or have information relevant to this investigation, please fill out this short form.
