Assistance with Uniform Crime Statistics Information

In an effort to provide the public a timely response to inquiries regarding national-level crime data statistics collected from state, local and tribal agencies, the FBI has created a process to assist with some of your crime statistics requests and questions.

After completing the form below, your questions will be forwarded to the appropriate FBI representative, who will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

Crime statistics requests and inquiries the FBI will address are:

  • Providing links to files, tables or references related to national level crime data statistics collected from state, local and tribal agencies.
  • Supplying a specific data set from the Crime Statistics Management Unit crime data available.
  • Investigating reports of non-functioning features of the Uniform Crime Reporting Program’s website.

Please note: The FBI will not respond to submissions falling outside the inquiry types listed above. Do not report tips here. Submit tips on terrorism or federal crimes at https://tips.fbi.gov. For emergencies, dial 911.
