Federal Firearms Licensees: In an effort to avoid lengthy hold times on the telephone during high volume periods, the NICS Section has created a process to assist with some of your NICS processing issues and questions.

After completing the form below, your questions will be forwarded to the appropriate NICS Section representative, who will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

Processing issues the NICS Section will address are:
