The FBI’s Louisville Division is seeking information in the healthcare fraud investigation of Addiction Recovery Care, LLC (ARC). ARC is a substance abuse treatment provider headquartered in Louisa, Kentucky, with residential and outpatient treatment facilities across Kentucky. No criminal charges have been brought against ARC at this time.
