The FBI’s Louisville Division is seeking information in the healthcare fraud investigation of Addiction Recovery Care, LLC (ARC). ARC is a substance abuse treatment provider headquartered in Louisa, Kentucky, with residential and outpatient treatment facilities across Kentucky. No criminal charges have been brought against ARC at this time.

If you believe you were victimized by ARC or have information relevant to this investigation, please fill out this short form.
