Seeking Potential Victim Information in “The Ho Zone” Investigation

The FBI’s New York Division is seeking to identify potential victims of Kyle White (also known as “THZ Admin” on Telegram), who was recently charged with Advertisement, Receipt, and Distribution of Child Pornography. White allegedly operated an online pornography marketplace known as “The Ho Zone” on the messaging application Telegram, which advertised and sold child pornography and illegally obtained adult pornography. White is alleged to have collected and disseminated the sexually explicit materials of both minors and nonconsenting adults between at least September 2022 through December 2023.

The FBI believes victims of White, THZ Admin, and/or The Ho Zone include: social media influencers, including TikTok influencers; NCAA and semi-professional athletes; actresses; models; OnlyFans content creators; teenagers; victims of blackmail and sextortion, including blackmail and sextortion conducted using the application Snapchat; victims of revenge porn; victims of “sugar daddy” schemes; and victims of cellphone hacks and/or leaks; among others.

If you and/or your minor dependent(s) were victimized by White, THZ Admin, and/or The Ho Zone, or have information relevant to this investigation, please fill out this short form.

If you know of someone else who has possibly been victimized by White, THZ Admin, and/or The Ho Zone, please encourage them to complete the form themselves.

The FBI is legally mandated to identify victims of federal crimes it investigates. Victims may be eligible for certain services, restitution, and rights under federal and/or state law. Your responses are voluntary but may be useful in the federal investigation and to identify you as a potential victim. Based on the responses provided, you may be contacted by the FBI and asked to provide additional information. All identities of victims will be kept confidential.
