Seeking Victim Information in Stefan’s Monument Fraud Investigation

FBI Philadelphia is seeking to identify potential victims of Stefan’s Monument Fraud. The FBI is presently conducting an investigation into the business practices of Gregory Stefan, Jr. and Gerard Stefan, as well as a number of headstone/memorial sales companies with which they are affiliated (including but not limited to1843, LLC; 1843 Alessi Memorial; Colonial Memorials Inc.; Gallagher Memorials; and Lifestone by Stefan). This investigation concerns, among other things, possible violations by the above-listed individuals of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343 (wire fraud).
